PLACEHOLDER: The Shelby County mayoral transition exists to prepare a responsible, well informed start to the new administration. Over the coming weeks, committees of residents, subject matter experts, and career public servants will review county operations and recommend priorities for the first year in office.
PLACEHOLDER: This work is guided by three commitments: listen broadly before deciding, build a team that reflects the county, and leave a written record so residents can hold the administration accountable to what it heard.
